Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities of the Sr. Full Stack Developer:

• Design and implement RESTful backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability.
• Develop dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Integrate and manipulate databases (SQL and NoSQL) to support application needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Actively practice the software development lifecycle, promoting agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Identify and respond to active issues on custom software and integrations. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks, particularly those related to .NET 8.0, Python, and the logistics sector, to integrate them into future projects.
• Utilize your understanding of the freight/logistics industry to develop solutions that address specific operational challenges.

Required Skills of the Sr. Full Stack Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in: RESTful API development.
• Modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end development.
• Database design and integration.
• Unit and End-to-End automated testing methods and tools.
• Solid understanding of the entire software development life cycle, with a preference for candidates with experience in agile methodologies.

Bonus Skills of the Sr. Full Stack Developer:

• Familiarity with .NET 8.0 and/or Python.
• Experience in the freight/logistics industry is highly desirable, providing insight into industry specific challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
